The following is a list of some of the more requested conditions
and 'problems' that I have successfully treated and can help with using Hypnotherapy
and Psychotherapy. It is by no means a full list, so if you don't see your particular
issue listed here, I still might be able to help.

Anger Management
Help for overly angry or jealousy.
Can be easily treated and eliminated.
Alcoholism
Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy are very effective at removing many of the problems
that lead to excessive alcohol consumption. Also very useful for improving the
lack of confidence, fear, or anxiety sometimes associated with alcoholism.
Anorexia
Help with anorexia, severe loss of weight and obsession with controlling weight
and / or food intake. Anorexia IS treatable with hypnosis and psychotherapy, but it is complicated. It often succeeds where other treatments fail.
Anxiety
Being overly nervous, worried or anxious can lead to loss of performance, lack
of confidence and motivation. It comes from a natural response - there are times when being anxious is useful. However, people who suffer from "anxiety" tend to be anxious when they don't really need to be. It's essentially as straight forward as having an appropriate response but at the wrong time.
Can be easily treated and eliminated - so that you can still be anxious (when it would be appropriate) but not anxious when there is no reason.
Anxiety is often related to self-belief, and confidence. It would be normal to boost self-belief/esteem and confidence at the same time when dealing with anxiety.
Bulimia
Help for all types of Bulimia, from Purge Bulimia (making yourself sick,)
to the various non-purge types (taking laxatives, starvation,
exercising etc). Also the "compulsion" to binge eat or "obsessively" think
about food.
Can be easily treated and eliminated.
Bruxism
The technical name for teeth grinding, or jaw clenching- This can happen during the day (diurnal
Bruxism) or more commonly, at night (Nocturnal Bruxism) - If left untreated
can lead to headaches, severe jaw problems (TemporoMandibular Joint or TMJ),
severe tooth erosion and more. It's easily treated and eliminated.
Confidence
Help improving your confidence in any situation. Public Speaking, Relationships,
Social Situations, Performances (acting, singing, dancing, giving presentations
etc)
Depression
Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy can be amazingly effective at treating depression.
Not only to help reduce it at the time, but to give you the skills and knowledge
to ensure that you never suffer from it again.
As someone who has depression sufferer myself, I understand first-hand how it affects you and those around you. I also know that even if it's not curable for some people, hypnosis and psychotherapy can be enourmously beneficial for helping live with depression, cope with depressive times, reduce the impact on work, life and family, and helps people recognise the symptoms more easily and therefore make it easier move out of depressive times more quickly.
Emetophobia (or Emetaphobia or Emetiphobia)
Also known
as a Fear of vomit, fear of choking,
Vomit Phobia, or Phagophobia
Although this is a very common phobia and fear, it's just as simple and easy
to eliminate as any other phobia. All phobias are easily treated. Read more here
Eczema and Dermatitis
A skin condition that can vary in symptoms from dry, hot and itchy skin to severe
forms where the skin can become broken, raw and bleeding. Most suffers find that their symptoms get worse when stressed, anxious or nervous. Helping sufferers reduce stress and anxiety, has been shown to be extremly successful at reducing their symptoms.
Habits
Unwanted Habits can easily be helped or removed with Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy:
Nail biting, Thumb Sucking, Hair eating(Trichotillophagia), Hair Pulling (Trichotillomania),
Stopping Smoking, etc.
I.B.S. (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
More and more studies are recommending Hypnotherapy as the primary treatment
for IBS, it's safe and very very effective. It reduces or eliminates many
bowel problems, worries about going to the toilet, bowel pain, cramps and
much more.
Impotence
Help for erection problems, a male sexual problem of not being able to get
or maintain an erection before or during sex. As with many sexual problems,
Psychogenic impotence (i.e. there is no physical cause) responds very well
to both Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
Note: before beginning treatment, it is important to get a clear diagnosis from your doctor, to eliminate any physical cause for your problem.
Insomnia and sleep problems.
Inability to get to sleep (insomnia) or irregular sleeping, responds very well
to Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. As do many other sleep related problems. Snoring,
irregular sleeping, problems waking up and so on.
Losing weight with Hypnotherapy
Diets Do work, but generally only for the time the person sticks with a diet,.
For most people, when the diet stops their old eating patterns return and
not only do they put the weight back on, but usually put more weight on than
when they started the diet. In that sense, Diets Don't work. Hypnotherapy
and Psychotherapy can help you PROPERLY lose weight, and do so easily, effectively
and keep the weight off for the rest of your life.
You can feel better and be healthier and happier than you have been for a long
time. Without dieting and without counting calories.

Low Self-Esteem or Poor Self-Image
You can get help with your lack of confidence or shyness, fear of meeting people
or being in groups, poor self image, and negative self beliefs that limit your
potential. Many times, low self esteem has knock on effects in other areas: Weight
problems, relationship difficulties, psychosomatic illnesses, stress, tension
anxiety, as well as performance at home and at work.
M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis)
Also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome (PVFS)
and similar. This can be a "catch all" diagnosis for many conditions that
have a similar effect. However, sufferers can benefit from Hypnotherapy and
Psychotherapy, gaining some relief from the symptoms and in some cases eliminating
them completely.
Improved Memory & Recall
Use hypnosis and Psychotherapy to improve your memory and aid recall.
Migraines and Headaches
Help with migraine headaches: Classic Migraine (with or without aura), Cluster
Headaches & Migraines.
It is extremely important to get a clear diagnosis from your doctor before beginning
treatment.
Obsessions & Obsessive Compulsive Disorders
(OCD)
Obsessions can be a mild as continual worrying about someone or always painting
a negative picture of an event, right through to Obsessive Compulsion that
can be severely limiting to a persons overall functioning From Obsessive
counting, to obsessive checking, obsessive eating, drinking etc. They can all
be helped or eliminated with hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

Pain Control
Hypnotherapy has long been used to control pain, reduce pain, and eliminate pain.
Indeed many operations (major as well as minor) have been performed using self-induced
anaesthesia alone. Reduce pain down to a manageable level and in some cases remove
it completely.

Panic Attacks & Anxiety
Help for panic attacks, a sudden intense fear or sense of impending disaster,
often associated with hyperventilation, fainting, stammering etc. Panic Attacks
are very common and very easily treated.
Performance Enhancement
Any performance can benefit from Hypnosis and NLP techniques. many top athletes

Phobias
Simply an irrational fear about something. A phobia can be about absolutely anything
and essentially an overgeneralisation made by the mind. It can be caused by
a single event, a series of events or learned from other people. But it is
extremely quick and simple to remove a phobia.

P.T.S.D. (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
Help for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, normally as a result of a single event
or a series of events. In such cases Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, EFT (Emotional
Freedom Technique) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)
offers the best results.
Removing the impact from traumatic events is straightforward and quick.
Relationship Problems
Treatment for Anger, Anger management, Frigidity. Being Overly critical, Taking
things too personally. Indeed most relationship problems can be helped.
Self Harm
Although very common, rarely talked about. Don't suffer in silence. You can
get help with cutting or burning your skin, or inflicting pain or inflicting
excess strain on your body. Self harm is a coping mechanism for many people - not a very good one at times, but for people who do it, it seems effective. There are often issues about self-esteem, self worth, confidence that when also addressed help self harm enourmously.
