Time of Each Session
There is no fixed time allocated for each session. I aim to get as much done in each session as is practical.
However, if you can, allow 2-2½ hours for each session - especially the first one.
If you need to leave at a certain time, please let me know BEFORE the session starts.

Length of Treatment
Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy are designed to be short term and strategic. There's no need for it be needed long term.
Some things can take just a single session (Phobias and some obsessive compulsive behaviour for example).
Most things might need 3 or 4 sessions to get the full benefit, although some people might need more. It all depends on how well you respond to each session.
When treating depression, for example, it can be as much as 20 or even 30 sessions. (in such cases we can make adjustments or limits to the overall cost of treatment)
Each week we'll discuss how much progress you've made and see what else you'd like to accomplish.

Frequency
Again this largely depends on what you're going to be changing and how quickly you change.
As a general, rule of thumb, it's useful to space the first few sessions close together, about a week apart initially. This builds momentum and gets things going. As treatment goes on, the gap between sessions gets longer. Essentially wherever practical, I'd like you to decided how often and regularly to return based on what feels right for you ( if you're not sure, I can advise of course)
But we can discuss all this in more detail when you visit.
